I
was born in Xuzhou in 1978. I am extroverted and get good along
with others. I like sports very much, so I am always healthy.
In
1991, I passed the interview by Xuzhou Nanjiao Hotel. It’s a
excellent hotel with four star in Xuzhou. Before work I accepted
three months service training in the hotel. I finished the
training class and got a good achievement. After that, I started
my wok as a waiter in the hall. During my work experience, I had
ever worked as waiter、telephone operator and
receptionist. I like the job, because I can meet many kinds of
person every day.
I
think as a good waiter his genial greeting and smile is a
wonderful part in the tourist’s fine memory. In the way of
working, I learned how to communicate with customer and how to
comprehend others sincerely. I deeply understood that the
sincerity is a key that could open any strangeness.
I
think, the hotel is a place where the customers use their money to
change the service. Every waiter is a seller who sells his
service. It’s a special commodity. Every one should remember it,
provide a good service is the only way that more customers will
come. That is a waiter’s fundamental obligation and professional
morality.
I

In
China, There isn’t much difference between the labor who’s
industrious or indolent in the state enterprise. Low salary and
bureaucracy numbed them. Nowadays, general company’s income is
not well. Lot of labors are losing their duty and professional
morality slowly. Couldn’t struggle, without a chance and
environment to do.
I
